Facebook

I love Facebook. Probably a little too much, actually. However, I am not one of those people that will accept any old friend request. It baffles me when I get a request from someone I went to high school with that I was NEVER friends with, or someone who is friends with my husband that I have never even met. Then, there are the people I was in the Navy with. Again, like the high school dimwits, I was never friends with some of them. I understand wanting to be connected to people you served in the military with, but that's what togetherweserved.com is for. Facebook is personal people!

My most recent Facebook annoyance has been FRG members. I'm talking members that never said two words to me at a meeting, or ever even attended a meeting for that matter. A couple of them did say two words to me, but I still barely know them or they left me with a poor first impression and I don't really care to be their friend. So, then I feel bad and instead of clicking the ignore button, I just let the request sit there and marinate in case I was wrong. Stupid conscience.

All in all, if the only thing I have to complain about today is people wanting to be my friend, I guess life is pretty good. :)
